How it works

Three steps to a lower rate

1

Choose concessions

Determine the seller concessions you wish to contribute toward a lower rate.

2

Secure the rate

Secure a discounted rate, which is transferred to the buyer.

3

Sell faster

Market your house with a below-average rate, attract more buyers and sell faster.

The lock cannot be transferred to another property address. Qualifying is not guaranteed; buyers must still qualify for the loan. Closing must occur within the 60-day rate lock period, or the extension period, to receive a refund of the rate lock fee. Extensions carry a separate non-refundable fee.
